Join Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity and the Northfield Building Committee as we celebrate the start of construction on a new duplex home for two income-sensitive families, including one veteran-led household.

Come hear from our team, supporters, and community partners, and learn more about the Northfield Initiative—a local effort to expand affordable homeownership opportunities right here in our community.

If you can’t attend but would still like to be part of this exciting project, you can:
- Sign up for updates on the project’s progress
- Volunteer your time on site — no experience needed!
- Donate to help us build more affordable homes across Central Vermont

Together, we’re not just breaking ground — we’re building hope, opportunity, and community.
