Montgomery Township Baseball & Softball Association Montgomery Township Baseball and Softball Association is located in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. We strive to make this program the best it can be.

It is affiliated with the Parks and Recreation Department in the Township. MTBSA provides recreational play in the sport of baseball for 5 - 18 year old with an athletic forum to help develop both their physical and social skills. Our program, which is fully supervised, is designed to provide baseball and softball instruction in both recreational and competitive environments. Our main goals in wha

t MTBSA stands for are sportsmanship, fair play, honesty, loyalty, and respect for authority. All directors, officers, coaches, and members shall always remember that even though exceptional skills are important, the attainment of athletic skill and winning of games comes secondary to the goal of molding the future men and women of our community. MTBSA is composed of hundreds kids playing both baseball and softball and over 100 volunteers whether it be coaches, commissioners, board members, or other jobs. We are completely non profit and are all volunteers but give it our all to make this the best experience it can be for all the kids.

What an incredible weekend for our 8U Spartans! ⚾️ 💙

In their very first tournament, the Spartans battled their way to a 2nd place finish in the Ring in the Summer Tournament! The temps were hot, but our bats were even hotter 🔥 These boys played their hearts out for two straight days, showing determination, grit, and teamwork every step of the way.

What an amazing experience and a huge accomplishment for their first tournament together. This is just the beginning!

Congratulations, Spartans; we are so proud!

⚾️ Last night’s annual Coaches Softball Game was one of the best yet!

A huge thank you to Bryan Bart and Jay Ropars for making this event happen each year. Somehow they continue to convince a group of grown men that sprinting, diving, and swinging a bat is still a good idea. 😆

There were a few collisions, a couple of cuts, and more than a few sore muscles, but everyone survived a beautiful night under the lights filled with laughs and plenty of memories. Ice packs may be in short supply this weekend!

Thank you to everyone who came out to play, cheer, and support the event. Nights like these are what make MTBSA special.
