We’re excited to introduce Dominique Williams, presenter of A Cozy Hour of Wellness at the TOTAL: Mental Health + Wellness Expo!
Dominique’s session is all about making wellness practical, accessible, and enjoyable. Attendees will spend time making fresh juice, learning ways to incorporate simple health routines into daily life, and participating in a short yoga session.
You’ll leave knowing that it doesn’t take much to take what you need. Wellness regimens can become part of our daily lives—and we can enjoy the experience along the way.
