Our girls really enjoyed the session, and we’re excited to see how they take what they learned and apply it both on and off the field. Softball is about more than just physical skills — it’s about confidence, focus, resilience, and learning how to respond when things don’t go your way. Building that mental game is just as important as the work we put in between the lines!
