Columbus Museum of Art & Design CMAD, in collaboration with other local arts organizations, seeks local and national financial support to fund and display unique exhibits.

Columbus Museum of Art & Design (CMAD) is a volunteer-led granting organization that supports and works with organizations to bring unique visual art and design projects to the Columbus community. Columbus Museum of Art and Design (CMAD) is a not-for-profit organization with a long heritage of enriching the Bartholomew County community through free visual art and design experiences. As a volunteer

-run museum without a permanent location, CMAD funds public art and programming throughout Bartholomew County as well as curates three spaces in downtown Columbus: the gallery wall at Hotel Indigo, three display cases on the second floor of The Commons and the gallery wall at WellConnect. The curation of these spaces has been successful with regard to the mission of CMAD, wherein we have featured many local and regional artists, have drawn attention to artists, venues, and the Columbus Arts District through local and regional media, and have activated the Arts District through programming.
