🎄 IMPORTANT UPDATE – FINAL TOY PICK UP TODAY 🎄

Today, I have decided to offer a SECOND and FINAL pick-up opportunity for families who did not pick up yesterday. This also includes families who received mixed-up items (for example, items for a boy when you have a girl).

📍 Location: New North Vernon Hub
📌 Address: 815 W 350 N, North Vernon, IN 47265
🛣️ Located off the bypass near the Industrial Park
⏰ Time: TODAY from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

⚠️ This will be the LAST and FINAL pick-up.

🚗 LINE & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please enter the line and remain in your vehicle at all times. This line will NOT be anything like yesterday’s wait; however, we cannot allow individuals to stand outside of their vehicles. Our volunteers will approach you when it is your turn.

🧸 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
For the first time, we are opening this pick-up to the public, ONLY IF you meet ALL of the following requirements:
✔️ You have NOT received assistance from Toys for Tots or any other foundation this holiday season
✔️ You have custody of the child(ren)
✔️ The child(ren) reside in your home

📋 We WILL be cross-checking multiple foundation lists to ensure no duplicate assistance.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INVENTORY NOTICE
Please understand that inventory is very limited, especially for teenage boys. We do have some items available, including books, board games, sports balls, hats, gloves, and shave kits. We will do our very best, but there are no guarantees or promises.

This is the first time we have opened this to the public, and we are testing this process. We understand that many families are in need this year but were unable to sign up in a timely manner.

Today is the day! Our Toys for Tots giveaway will take place TODAY from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ❤️

The NEW North Vernon Hub
Off the bypass near the Industrial Park
815 W 350 N, North Vernon, IN 47265

🚗 PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:
• Please remain in your vehicle at all times
• A volunteer will approach you
• Please be patient and respectful of our volunteers and others waiting in line

📵 COMMUNICATION NOTICE:
Our volunteers will be fully focused on distribution today. Because of this, we will be unable to answer phone calls, texts, emails, or Facebook messages during giveaway hours. Service will be very limited.

🚨 IMPORTANT GIVEAWAY UPDATE 🚨

Due to the severe winter weather and dangerously low temperatures forecasted for Sunday ❄️🥶, we have made the decision to reschedule the Jennings County Toys for Tots giveaway to ensure the safety of our volunteers and families.

📅 NEW GIVEAWAY DATE: Saturday, December 20th
⏰ TIME: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Volunteers would be required to be outdoors for 7–8 hours, and the health and safety of everyone involved must come first 🌬️❤️.
