For the safety of all riders, helmets are REQUIRED at all Slow Spokes USA ride locations. No helmet = no ride.

Whether you’re joining us in Lewiston, Buffalo, Old Man River, Wilkeson Pointe, Olcott, North Tonawanda, or Lockport, all participants must follow the posted ride rules, be properly registered, and wear a helmet at all times while riding.

These simple safety measures help ensure that everyone has a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience on every Slow Spokes ride.

🚲🌞 Join Us This Thursday — and Every Thursday All Summer Long! 🌞🚲

Join us for the FREE Slow Spokes North Tonawanda Community Bike Ride every Thursday at Fattey Beer Co. in the historic Wurlitzer Building.

🕕 Ride departs at 6:00 PM; check-in starts at 5:15 PM
🚴 Casual 10–12 mile community bike ride
🎶 Live music after the ride featuring a great lineup of local musicians all summer long
🎁 FREE chance to win a $100 Bert’s Bikes & Fitness gift card every week
✅ Free to ride and free to enter thanks to our generous sponsors!!

Helmets are required, riders must be 18 or older, and bicycles must be in safe riding condition.

You only need to register once for the entire season.

🚴‍♀️☀️ Week 3 is in the books for Slow Spokes North Tonawanda! ☀️🚴‍♂️

Another fantastic evening on two wheels as riders gathered at Fattey Beer Co. for another great night of cycling, friendship, and community. It’s been exciting to see the momentum continue to grow as more riders discover what Slow Spokes USA is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success. We’re also grateful to Fattey Beer Co., Bert's Bikes & Fitness, Platter's Chocolate Factory, the North Tonawanda Auxiliary Police, our sponsors, volunteers, and ride support team for helping create a fun and welcoming experience for all.

Come ride with us at our FREE Slow Spokes North Tonawanda Community Bike Ride every Thursday throughout the season!

📍 Starting from Fattey Beer Co at the historic Wurlitzer Building
🕕 Ride departs at 6:00 PM

Enjoy a fun, casual 10–12-mile community bike ride, live music, great people, giveaways, and more throughout the season.

🚴 This event is completely FREE to participate in and FREE to enter for all giveaways.

🚴‍♀️🎉 What a great kickoff to our first-ever FREE Slow Spokes Olcott season! 🎉🚴‍♂️

We were treated to beautiful weather, a great group of riders, and plenty of smiles as we launched our inaugural ride from Olcott Lobster Company. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying a fun, relaxed evening on two wheels while taking in the sights and charm of Olcott.
