Our first ED Roundtable after summer daze was, in my opinion, a very heart-warming session with heart-felt discussion about approaching conflict. Thank you to the heavens for Lisa Staff, a very experienced Board Chair. Lisa delivered two interactive trainings for new and seasoned chairs! SO many of us get guilted into serving as the Board Chair without knowing what the heck we're supposed to be doing.
