𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝘂𝗻! Kindergarteners at the Rollins School in Lawerence learned about six key professions 1700s colonial society when Museum Educator, David Blauvelt, visited in early June.

They experienced fun versions of blacksmithing with toy hammers on hardened clay; farming and dairying by making butter and grinding corn; pottery and ceramics; candle making; wool-work and fabric making; and barter and trade. It was a day filled with a lot of smiles! Thank you to the Rollins School for allowing us to visit!

This local vote gave Adams, Hancock and the Massachusetts Delegation the courage and authority to sign the Declaration of Independence. Join us for a moderated discussion, followed by an audience
involved reenactment of the meeting in 1776.
