"It is with great sadness to announce the death of Dr. Richard Perry's wife, Theresa Marie Cosby Perry, who transitioned from this life Monday afternoon, August 24th after a short illness.
"Services for Theresa will be held September 4th at 11:30 am at Gatling's Funeral Home, 10133 S. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois. Visitations will be held at 11am.
"Please pray for Richard and his daughter Rashida during this difficult time."
