The OU Wesley

The OU Wesley The Wesley is a United Methodist ministry that makes disciples of Jesus on OU's campus

We have a wide variety of small groups and Bible studies that meet throughout the week at various times and days. These range from intensive discipleship focused Bible studies to fun fellowship groups and everything in between. We gather together every Tuesday night (during the school year) for Wesley Worship, which includes a time of fellowship, worship, teaching and communion in our beautiful sanctuary. If you are looking for a place to worship, a place to grow in your faith, a place to ask questions about what it means to be a follower of Christ, a place to be challenged, a place to be encouraged, a place to meet people, a place to fellowship with other students, or maybe just a place to call your home away from home, then come give us a try.

OU Wesley and Texas Wesley students teamed up for this Red River Sharedown challenge — now it’s your turn.

Watch the video. Tag your Wesley friends. Share it to your story or feed. Each tag and share counts towards OU Wesley winning this challenge. The third of five! Right now each ministry has claimed one of of the two challenges. we can carry this one!

Every share helps more people see the ministry happening with college students on both campuses.

And if Wesley has made a difference in your life, consider making a gift today. More than $6,500 and today we are sharing a request to match $8,000 that has been committed beyond our $6,500 raised.

This is our third annual Red River Sharedown, and we’re asking our community to help match or surpass our previous years generosity of $25,000 in 2024 and $30,000 in 2025.

Share the story. Support the students. Keep the rivalry going.

Today’s Sharedown challenge may be about gifts of $10 or less, but the impact is much bigger. Those small gifts help support a place where students can find community, grow in faith, build friendships, and know they belong.

If you haven’t joined in yet, would you consider giving $10 tonight?

And if you already gave, you can still help by making your game-day pledge or sharing with one more Sooner.

Give. Pledge. Share.

What if love has been used to hurt us?
Join us tonight at 7pm as the Wesley Staff team shares about ways we have been hurt by and in the church, why we stayed involved, and how we're working towards reconciliation now as people who are serving the OU community here.
