When severe storms hit the Bloomington-Normal area, Outdoor Veterans immediately mobilized to assist our community. Armed with dedicated volunteers, members, and board leadership, our team cleared debris, managed water runoff, repaired damaged doors, and tackled critical home repairs across more than 15 locations.

We are deeply grateful for the strength of our network and proud to offer a helping hand whenever our neighbors need us most.

Thanks to everyone who has helped us this weekend! From trees down in yards to extracting honey and more trees! We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without everyone’s help. We used our resources for good and helped out where we could!!

Through thick and thin, we are here to help. Today a crew of the founder and volunteers plus some members helped out where needed. Soaking wet and in the pouring rain a group tackled yards. We aren’t here for no reason we help our community members. Time spent away from work and family to help our community members is a huge and hard commitment. Thank you to everyone helping in these hard times, but remember we are community strong!

Volunteers needed!! A disabled Navy Veteran is in need of some assistance tomorrow. He has multiple branch’s down and is need of some help. Let’s band together and get him the help he needs!! Comment below or message us for details.
