Tomorrow come join Heidi for SMART Recovery at 10am and then later tomorrow at 6:30pm Rob will kick off our Trivia Night.

Check out our O'Neill location tomorrow, they have all sorts of things to offer all throughout the day.

Connect with others, learn practical tools, and take another step forward in your recovery journey.

SMART Recovery stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. It is a peer support group that focuses on helping individuals overcome various forms of addiction, including substance use disorders, gambling, overeating, and more.

Then tomorrow at 4:30 PM come and join Wendy J as she teaches us about building wellness tools and creating a plan for success through her WRAP Seminar.

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want.
