A big thank you to NAMI Nebraska!

Today, we welcomed Trenton Ditter from NAMI Nebraska to The Zone for Ending the Silence, a mental health awareness presentation for our students.

Our youth had the opportunity to learn more about mental health, recognizing when someone may be struggling, ways to support friends, and where to find help and resources. Most importantly, they had a safe space to ask questions and have an open conversation.

We appreciate Trenton taking the time to spend the afternoon with our students and help us continue to promote the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of adolescents. 💙

Thank you, NAMI Nebraska, for helping us remind our youth that it’s okay to talk about mental health, and they don’t have to face things alone.

A heartfelt thank you to NoFo Pizza & Café for coming through for us in a pinch with some delicious pizza for our youth!...

They thought the drunk-goggle obstacle course would be easy… 😂

Turns out alcohol and coordination are NOT friends.

A fun activity with a serious lesson for our students at The Zone.
