We don’t lower the bar.

We figure out how each person can reach it.

Sometimes that means changing the exercise. Changing the setup. Changing the speed. Giving a little more time. Giving a little more support.

But the expectation stays the same:

Try. Work. Learn. Get better.

Yesterday looked a little different for everybody.

Exactly how it should.

$18,700 for four local nonprofits. That’s a hell of a community win.

We were incredibly fortunate to be one of them.

Car Wars brought together local businesses, their employees, nonprofits and a whole lot of people willing to show up and support something bigger than themselves.

We walked away with $4,500 for Evolve For All — but seeing $18,700 stay right here in our community is even better.

Thank you again to Cornhusker Auto Center, everyone who participated, and everyone who took a test drive or purchased a vehicle.

This is what happens when a community gets behind its nonprofits. 💚

This is what a grant looks like after the check is spent.

It looks like four athletes putting in the work.

It looks like equipment that can meet people where they are and still challenge them to get stronger.

It looks like opportunity.

A huge thank you to United Way and Daycos For Good for helping us bring A NuStep to Evolve For All.

You invested in a piece of equipment.

Our athletes are making it matter. 💚

💚 Meet the Volunteer: Aaron Jackson

Sometimes the right people find you exactly when they’re supposed to.

Aaron quite literally walked through the park during our 24 Hours Without Limits event, and before he knew it, we had pulled him into the workout.

What we didn’t know then was that we were looking for each other.

Aaron was searching for something meaningful to pour into his life. We were building something that needed people willing to care, serve, and show up.

Once Aaron learned what Evolve For All was about, he was all in.

He has become one of the most gentle, caring, compassionate people in our community. He loves the workouts, connects naturally with our athletes, and brings a calm presence that is impossible not to appreciate.

I’ve always said Aaron reminds me of Bruce Lee—quiet, thoughtful, adaptable, and grounded.

“Be like water.”

We are incredibly lucky the universe decided to send him walking through that park that day.

Thank you for everything you bring to Evolve For All, Aaron. 💚

MEMBER OF THE MONTH — LARISSA “LARRY” BUESCHER

Some people are just good people. Larry is one of them.

She’s loyal to a fault. She’s committed to herself, committed to her family, and she has been unbelievably committed to us.

Larry has been there through the good times, through the struggles, and now through one of the biggest changes we’ve ever made as we transition into Evolve For All. Her support has never depended on things being easy. She just shows up.

And that’s exactly how she approaches her own life. She’s faced struggles of her own. But she keeps moving forward. She keeps working. She keeps choosing herself and the people she loves.

That kind of loyalty, resilience and heart deserves to be recognized.

Larry, we couldn’t be prouder to have you as part of this crazy gym family. Thank you for believing in us, sticking with us, and being exactly who you are.

Good people deserve good people around them — and we’re damn lucky you’re one of ours.

💚 Meet the Board: Levi Koehler 💚

Some of the most impactful people don’t step forward because they’re experts—they step forward because they care.

Levi joined Evolve after spending his entire life training on his own. He wasn’t looking for a fitness community, but once he experienced what made Evolve different, he became part of it.

When Evolve For All was created, Levi was one of the first people to raise his hand and ask how he could help.

He didn’t come from a nonprofit background. He isn’t a physical therapist. He doesn’t have a medical degree, and he’d never worked with individuals with disabilities before. What he does bring is integrity, a willingness to learn, and the courage to ask hard questions.

As Vice President of our Board, Levi challenges ideas, thinks critically, and helps ensure every decision moves our mission in the right direction. His perspective makes Evolve For All stronger.

Outside of work and family, Levi says he’s never really had a hobby. While he wouldn’t call this one, his commitment to Evolve For All has become an important part of his life—and we’re grateful he chose to invest that time in our mission.
