YINN believes that through learning to value what the earth has to offer, we also learn to better understand and care for each other. But to value something enough to want to protect it, we must first love it. With that in mind, YINN gets young people outside in positive
and meaningful experiences intended to create a sense of connection to the natural world. Our programs are meant to inspire a sense of stewardship, and empower them with the basic skills, tools and resources they need to become active environmental stewards. By promoting “Earth TLC” (Teaching, Learning & Conservation) YINN helps people come together to build stronger, healthier communities where everyone - wild and human! - has an opportunity on thrive.
