Riverside County has released its recommended $10.3 billion budget for FY 2026/27—built around the services our communities count on most.

Here’s what’s included:
• $3.1 billion for health and hospital services
• $2.4 billion for public safety
• $2.0 billion for human services
• $351 million in transportation and road improvements
• $53.6 million for the Behavioral Health Youth Wellness Village at Harmony Haven
• $9.1 million in additional CalFresh food assistance for families in need
• Nearly $5 million for enhanced firefighter staffing in Wi******er, Beaumont, and the Coachella Valley
Even in a challenging fiscal year, Riverside County remains committed to keeping communities strong, safe, and supported.
