⚽️ NATIONAL COACHES DAY ⚽️

They draw the lines.
They raise the standards.
They see the details.
They challenge the players.
They help build the people.

Today, we celebrate the coaches who make TFE more than a soccer club.

Thank you for investing your time, energy, knowledge, and heart into the next generation.

The players may take the field. Our coaches help build what happens on it.

Earlier this month, TFE staff had the opportunity to step inside a DI environment, observing a University of Minnesota training session and hearing directly from the Gophers coaching staff.

That learning continued as many of our players watched the Minnesota D1 Derby between the Gophers and St. Thomas.

These experiences matter. As more TFE players earn opportunities at the next level, our staff needs to keep learning and our players need to see what that level demands.

The goal is simple: develop better players today and prepare them for wherever the game takes them tomorrow.
