Black Eden Piercing & Tattoo Parlor, Anna Bridges, located in Nixa, just celebrated their 1 year birthday in business! That is one busy place!
In honor of their birthday, they did an open house and toy drive benefiting Project Birthday Bag.
Thanks, Anna for sharing your success in a way that also benefits local children, who due to financial struggles in their household, would not get presents on their birthday without the generosity of our community.

The Ozark School Counselors packed birthday bags yesterday and did a wonderful job of picking special gifts for the kids we serve at Project Birthday Bag!
Shown in the photo left to right is Mary, Jennie, Mary, and Carrie who have so much fun together and are willing to help with whatever is needed. Also thanks to my loyal helper Ava who loaded the bags in my car!
Thanks ladies and I can’t wait for you to come back!

Project Birthday Bag was so honored to get to meet with the staff and leadership of CC Links Tuesday.
CC Links is an awesome organization in Nixa that has served individuals with developmental disabilities for 40 years. In celebration of their 40th birthday, Tiffany Rainey talked to their leader, Molly, and arranged for birthday presents to be collected from CC Links staff and leadership for Project Birthday Bag. The Amazing Hope organization also donated McDonald’s gift certificates.
Shown in the picture are all the wonderful presents they collected for the kids we serve, Tiffany Rainey who organized and ran this campaign, and Janet Clark/Carrie Nelson from Project Birthday Bag.
Thank you, CC Links for this amazing donation of toys, books , and supplies!

Project Birthday Bag had some awesome bag packers today that managed to pack 18 bags! Not only did Radiant Church Youth donate $200 recently, but Marie Horne, Youth Pastor, brought her 2 daughters, along with Debbi, Maddi/Aaron and their two kids to pack. Desiree and her son came in support of the Radiant Youth Group and brought some really nice presents and supplies for the kids we serve as well as helped pack bags. Great group that worked hard together to pick just the right gifts for each child. They deserve a big THANK YOU!

Black Eden Piercing and Tattoo Parlor in Nixa is celebrating 1 year in business today!
They did a birthday toy drive for Project Birthday Bag when they first opened in 2025. Now they’re doing it again for the month of September to celebrate their 1-year birthday by doing a toy drive for Project Birthday Bag. These toys will assure local kids receive birthday presents on their special day regardless of the financial hardship their parents or guardians are experiencing.
Congratulations Anna Bridges and your team for 1 year in business and thriving in the Nixa community! We at Project Birthday Bag appreciate your generosity to the kids we serve!

Project Birthday Bag had special visitors today! Sharman and Danny Wallace brought in all she has been sewing for the kids we serve.
She made dinosaur, recycling center, farm, and car play mats with toy characters and cars for each one. Our kids are going to have lots of fun playing with these. She also brought doll blankets for our Barbies and homemade bags for our kids to be able to transport their toys and stuff.
Thanks Sharman for having such a big heart for kids and Danny for always being willing to chauffeur her around. You two are so special!

They know the store front to back and have donated a lot of the toys for the kids we serve. What a special family that serves the needs of others faithfully!
