KDP member Lilah and AJ serving as student aides at Dayton Academy of Dance.

At Dayton Academy of Dance, student aides play an important role in the classroom. Although not paid, serving as an aide is often the first rung on the ladder of instruction, offering young dancers a chance to gain hands-on experience while assisting their teachers. This opportunity helps them develop leadership skills and strengthen their communication, preparing them for future roles both inside and outside the studio.
Featured today are our Thursday afternoon aides Lilah Hickey and AJ Bederka. We appreciate you, Ladies!❤️
