Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for the June Chamber Breakfast sponsored by NMC Health!

We appreciate President and CEO Val Gleason for sharing how NMC Health continues to invest in our community through quality care, economic impact, and local partnerships. From supporting more than 840 employees and providing over $5.5 million in community benefits to earning a 5-Star CMS rating and welcoming more than 550 newborns last year, NMC Health continues to make a difference in Harvey County and beyond.

Val also shared this month’s health tip, encouraging everyone to stay active, and focus on preventing chronic diseases through healthy lifestyle choices like eating healthy, exercising, lose weight, and stop smoking(vaping, chewing, etc.).

Due to the weather, today's 1:30 p.m. groundbreaking celebration for Road Ready Trailer Solutions has been postponed.

Road Ready Trailer Solutions will bring trailer repair and service capabilities to Newton, supporting both commercial trucking and smaller-scale trailer owners. The new facility is expected to create 10 to 15 technician positions and expand industry support in our community.

We look forward to celebrating this exciting investment in Newton at a later date. A new date and time will be announced once it has been determined.

Another par-fect day at Sand Creek Station! ⛳

A huge thank you to our Title Sponsor, Nisly Brothers, Inc.; our Corporate Sponsors; golfers; auction donors; volunteers; and Sand Creek Station for making the 2026 Chamber Golf Tournament a success.

With activities or treats on 9 of 18 holes, plus a bonus stop on the putting green, 10 participating businesses helped create a fun and engaging experience for golfers throughout the course.

⛳ The 2026 Annual Golf Tournament is almost here!

A huge thank you to our Title Sponsor, Nisly Brothers, for helping make this event possible and for donating an incredible raffle prize: a Blackstone Grill!

We would also like to thank our corporate sponsors, hole sponsors, and raffle prize donors. Their support has helped make this year's tournament a success.

Golfers will be able to participate in raffles on the day of the tournament. We look forward to seeing everyone Friday for an enjoyable day on the course!
