🌟Sunday Coach Spotlight🌟

Coach Mia brings a lifelong passion for basketball and youth development to the sidelines. She played for the CM3T Guardians High School team under the guidance of her father, Coach Coleman, the founder of CM3T, and spent seven years developing her skills as a player.

Following her high school career, Coach Mia earned opportunities to continue playing basketball at both Northwestern and Newman University. However, she chose to give back to the game by investing in the next generation of athletes and helping grow the CM3T Guardians program.

Coach Mia began her coaching journey with the 3rd/4th grade girls team during the winter season and is currently the head coach of the CM3T Guardians 9th/10th grade girls team. Her goal is to continue building the girls side of the CM3T Guardians program by creating more teams and opportunities for young athletes to compete, develop their skills, and reach their full potential.

She is dedicated to creating a positive, competitive environment where players can grow both on and off the court while helping CM3T Guardians continue its mission of developing future leaders through basketball.
