Newton Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) The Newton Area Board of REALTORS® has been in existence since before 1982. We currently have twelve member companies and over 75 local REALTORS®.

Our affiliate members represent over 30 fine businesses that provide first class goods and services to customers throughout the area. Most of our REALTOR® members live in the communities they serve because we love living where we know our fellow citizens and fellow NABORs.

The HUD-1 settlement statement and Good Faith Estimate forms are going away on August 1. The Truth in Lending Act disclosure is going away as well. In their place will be a new closing disclosure and a new loan estimate.
