Join us this Sunday at 10 am on the Upper West Side for a FREE yoga class designed for new parents. We will move through gentle twists, lengthening shapes, and breathwork to release tension, create space in the body, and support deeper, more restorative breathing.

This class offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, ease the physical demands of early parenthood, and give your nervous system a reset. All levels are welcome, and each pose can be adapted to meet you where you are.
