Situation Project

Situation Project Welcome to Situation Project, a 501(c)(3) corporation. We are on a mission to stimulate and expand the imaginations of students in our local communities.

Our efforts nurture untapped talent pools by investing in the cultural capital of students in high-performing, arts-deficient New York City public schools. We do this by exposing these students and their communities to cultural experiences, institutions and working professionals. To date, Situation Project has created over 20,000 student experiences and we are just getting started.

Recently, we joined 130+ employers, welcoming 4000+ Public High School Students for .

this is a one-of-a-kind program that gives students firsthand exposure to exciting potential career paths. For the third year, we welcomed BTS to learn about the world of marketing and media, even diving into creating their own ads.

Such an amazing moment to pause and think about all the students who have walked into a theater for the first time through Situation Project, and all the people who have helped make that possible along the way.

Shout out to the great group of people from our partner agencies Situation and Town Hall Agency + some incredible champions of Situation Project that were able to join in and celebrate with us today.

And a special moment to hear Damian Bazadona share the story behind the work and why opening doors to these experiences matters so much.
