We do that by attracting, preparing, and connecting high potential individuals with all disabilities for scholarships, leadership programs, and internships and full time roles with the world's leading corporations. We provide tools, self-confidence, community, and connections that help people with disabilities achieve their drea
ms; and we support our partners in successfully recruiting, onboarding, developing, promoting, and retaining all disabled employees. Our current programs include:
The Lime Network - our broader virtual program that prepares and connects students, and alumni (including veterans), with disabilities for success regardless of their geographic location. Membership in The Lime Network is a life-long experience. Our career and professional development platform provides access to search, and apply for, all open partner roles. Leadership Programs
The Lime Connect Fellowship Program - our premier, targeted program in the U.S. designed for high-potential current sophomores/rising juniors who have disabilities at leading universities across the country. The Lime Connect Foundations Program - early career professionals are paired with a mentor (who also has a disability) and Lime coach to grow their professional and personal impact, with group engagment as well. Lime Connect Corporate Recruitment Events - targeting current students, and alumni, with disabilities for internship, summer, co-op and full time positions. Events are currently hosted in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, New York City, Silicon Valley, and Chicago. We also host virtual events throughout the year for access to opportunities regardless of geographic location. Lime Connect Scholarship Programs - co-branded scholarships provided by our corporate partners support the studies of students with disabilities and often include an internship.
