🎃 This Halloween, give your daughter tools she’ll use long after the candy is gone.

At Tools & Tiaras, building confidence means learning practical skills, including how to care for yourself. 💪🏽

Our “Treat Yourself!” workshop gives girls a welcoming space to ask questions, explore body care, and build healthy hygiene routines. From skin and hair care to oral care and menstrual hygiene, we’re helping girls understand their bodies and the tools they use every day.

A little delayed,but this camp story is too important not to share.

Some of our girls arrived unsure if they could work with tools. By the end of camp, they were building, creating, solving problems, earning certifications, and standing a little taller.

Those certificates didn’t give them their strength, intelligence, or potential. They already had everything they needed inside them. We simply gave them the tools, watered the seeds, and created a place where their confidence could bloom.

And we didn’t do it alone. Our entire community,partners, volunteers, families, instructors, and supporters,helped make that transformation possible.

A huge thank-you to Shop Mandy Tools for putting real tools into our girls’ hands and investing in what they can become.

Help us reach the next generation. Partner with us, donate, volunteer, or share our mission so more young people, especially girls, can pick up a tool and discover their power.

Because when a child learns to build, they also learn they belong.

Our girls went from watching a building come to life to building one of their own! 🏗️

At a Turner Construction Company construction site, campers learned about all the people and moving parts it takes to turn a concept into a building people use.

Then came the challenge: build a structure that could withstand a load. They tested, adjusted, worked together, and had a blast doing it.

Thank you to the entire team at Turner and their partners for making this day a reality.

25 years later, we remember.

We remember the lives lost.
We honor the families who carry their memory.
We honor the first responders, tradespeople, construction workers, and everyday New Yorkers who ran toward danger, helped strangers, and later helped rebuild our city.

September 11 reminds us that even in our darkest moments, humanity can show up with extraordinary courage, service, and love.

For those of us who build, New York is more than buildings, steel, concrete, and pipe. It is people. It is community. It is the hands that reach for one another when everything around us feels broken.

Today, the Tools & Tiaras community stands together in remembrance.

We remember.
We honor.
We will never forget.
