Young people from the Salesian family in Cebu, Philippines came together at a mountain retreat house for the 2026 Leaders Camp where they discovered what it means to rise, shine and serve through team-building activities, dancing, singing and more. 🙌🤝✝️

Last week, members of the Don Bosco Network gathered in France, bringing together around 30 participants from 14 countries united by a shared commitment to expanding education and opportunities for young people in need.

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒇𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓? A father is someone who sits beside you in your hardest moments. Someone who shares your laughter, lifts your spirit, and reminds you that you are loved. A father brings comfort, protection, joy and hope — especially when life feels uncertain.

At the Palabek Refugee Camp in Uganda, Fr. Uba lives among the displaced children and families. In this beautiful moment of pure joy, he sits with the children and is one with them.

This is the heart of our mission. Like a father, our missionaries walk alongside the people they serve, offering not only food, shelter and education, but also love, presence and hope. They remind children who have lost so much that they truly matter.

This Father’s Day, we celebrate all those who reflect a father’s love through compassion, kindness and selfless service.

But at the Don Bosco School in Muniguda, 34 girls are overcoming barriers with access to a quality Salesian education in a safe environment.
