VIP guests enjoy access to exclusive music performances scheduled all day long on the private Backyard VIP Stage, along with additional intimate VIP-only sets inside Frenchy’s Gallery. It’s a relaxed, comfortable space designed for hanging out, discovering music, and experiencing Riverbend Lagniappe up close. Enjoy all-you-can-eat crawfish prepared by Jason Seither using his signature Amplified seasoning, served fresh throughout the day with all the fixings. Moe’s Fine BBQ will also be serving a selection of South Louisiana favorites and local staples. Super VIP guests will also enjoy beer, wine, seltzers, and other beverages iced down and ready to keep you cool all day long.

Our friends at VINO Wine & Spirits will feature a curated flight of wines selected specifically for the day. Milton and Ashley invite you to explore their thoughtfully chosen labels from around the world and discover something new.

Just steps away, Old Alker Distillery will host music throughout the day while Kevin and his crew serve handcrafted cocktails featuring their house spirits — gin, vodka, whiskey, and bourbon — along with their Lagniappe Series liqueurs. Their coffee and chocolate liqueurs are standouts, with more special offerings to be announced soon.

Later in the evening, Chief Gerald Paige of the Great Spirit Warriors Afro-Indigenous Tribe will host a Sip & Sew at 6 PM. Learn about the culture and traditions of New Orleans Black Masking Indians while creating your own piece to take home. In honor of International TSW Awareness Day on Feb 3, here’s a vulnerable glimpse of the first & most difficult year of my Topical Steroid Withdrawal journey that began 6.5 years aglow.

I used rx steroid creams sparingly from 2000-2019. I added over the counter cortisone cream in 2019, the spiral began in the months to follow. This was no longer eczema.

Symptoms: red, itchy, enflamed & torn skin, swollen lymph nodes, hives, elephant skin, flakey shedding skin (which all leads to sleepless nights, a decline in mental health, hopelessness, isolation, shame, lack of self worth, & more).

What helped me: watching , using all natural skin products I made myself or was gifted by others (tallow is a game changer), elimination program, Carnivore program, protocol, Wim Hof Method (when not flared), .nonprofit online support, & Lifestyle changes including eliminating alcohol & exercising more.

What I’ve concluded: TSW has allowed the grief of my brother’s su***de from 1997 that was stored in my body to release through my skin. I was able to feel the pain that I ran from years aglow. The eczema also got worse the year after my father passed away in 2016, his death was the catalyst that lead to grief penetrating through my largest organ just a few years later.

Time & support will heal you. Millions around the world are prescribed steroid creams, including babies. Too many people have taken their lives because of TSW. More awareness is necessary, TSW is PREVENTABLE.

I’m grateful for the gifts of pixie perseverance, truly being able to listen to my body & the holistic healing of breathwork & cold water exposure. I am honored to share this gift with anyone who needs it. 💝 Stay tuned for the MAGIC 🧚🏽
