Mason-Dixon Clay Busters Based in South Central Pennsylvania the Mason-Dixon Clay Busters is a youth Clay Target Shooting team Shooting experience is beneficial but not required.

Based in South Central Pennsylvania, the Mason-Dixon Clay Busters (MDCB) is a youth Clay Target Shooting team organized under the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP). Our practices are held at various ranges in Southern York County Pennsylvania and Northern Baltimore County Maryland. In addition to regularly scheduled practices, team members have the opportunity to participate in a number of loc

al, state, and national competitions. Eligibility
The Mason-Dixon Clay Busters is open to boys and girls in grades 6-12 who are strong and mature enough to handle and swing a shotgun safely. Please review our program information for additional information and requirements.

Way to go Mitchell!!!

We are pleased to announce that the 2026 Nona and Stanley Brown Memorial 4-H Scholarship winner is Mitchell Brown! Over Mitchell’s 10 years of being a 4-H member, he’s participated in our York County 4-H Swine Club, York County 4-H Dairy Beef Club, York County 4-H Senior Exchange Club, and York County 4-H Shooting Sports Club. He is planning to attend college, majoring in Agricultural Engineering.

Nona and Stanley Brown's daughter, Linda, created this scholarship to honor her parents' legacy of community service and commitment to educating and encouraging youth. We appreciate Linda's generosity and the long-term commitment to the York County 4-H Program that Nona and Stanley had.

The Mason-Dixon Clay Busters are currently accepting new athletes for our upcoming season! The program was designed to educate young people in the proper handling and safe use of shotguns by providing a safety-focused, character-building, team based environment where participants can develop as well as showcase their marksmanship skills. Practice is typically held on Tuesday evenings in Shrewsbury, PA at 6pm (with the expectation to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of practice). No experience necessary. Experienced athletes also welcome. We typically accept athletes at 12 years of age. Materials needed: protective eyewear, protective earplugs, shotgun shells, shotgun. We have club loaner shotguns for those who are brand new to the sport to utilize during their first season. Interested? Have questions? Reach out! We are excited to grow our team! [email protected]
