Cub Scout Pack 48 - Glen Rock Pack 48 is all about encouraging boys and girls to make friends, be helpful to others, and do their very best no matter the outcome.

Within each den, there are fun learning projects and exciting outdoor activities.

Pack 48 recently hosted our Pinewood Derby at Codorus Township Park and a fun time was had by all! Scouts from all dens raced their homemade cars and enjoyed playing outside on the sunny spring day. Excellent work, Scouts!

Yesterday, Pack 48 held a Blue & Gold banquet and pack meeting to recognize the Scouts moving up into Troop 48. Family, friends and fellow Scouts celebrated the achievements of our Arrow of Light den and Boy Scouts from Troop 48 welcomed the Scouts moving up.

Today, Cub Scouts from the Pack spent their afternoon and evening volunteering for the Gettysburg Foundation Remembrance Day Illumination. Luminaries are placed at each of the 3,512 Civil War soldier’s graves in Gettysburg National Cemetery, with the names of the fallen read throughout the evening. Great work, Scouts!
