We have some yummy food options for you to enjoy this Saturday! Be sure to bring your appetite!

Under the pavilion you will find Bake Me Happy by Mill and Madison’s Pickles.

You will also find Cultured Urban Winery, under the pavilion, serving those yummy adult slushies!

On 15th street you will find That’s My Dogg (staying open late), the Boujie Baker, Madison’s Sweet Addiction, Ta-JAYS Caribbean Delight, Lavish Potato, Tropical Shaved Ice, and Thirst Trap Lemonade and Dirty Sodas.

Every year Nie Coatie works so hard to put together an amazing photo booth. Over the last few years, the number of pictures taken have become fewer and fewer. For this reason, we are having a photo contest this year!

I am so excited for this year’s Juneteenth celebration! I’m ready for a lavish potato, some That’s My Dogg, one of Mill’s desserts, Nie’s photo booth, the choir, the authors, the speakers, the vendors, the musical performances…and of course…the wine slushies!!!!

But most of all…

Growing up, wrestling was my jam! I can’t believe I finally get to see my first ever wrestling event right in my hometown! I can’t wait!

Join the Lightkeepers of Henry County next Friday, June 19th at The Lighthouse (2600 C Ave, New Castle) as we kick off an amazing Juneteenth weekend celebration! ❤️💛💚🖤

We’ve got a fun evening planned full of learning, laughter, music, and community:

5:30 PM – Alice’s Ordinary People
Watch this powerful documentary about Alice Tregay, an everyday woman who made an extraordinary impact in the Civil Rights Movement.

7:00 PM – Music BINGO
Think you know your music? Come test your skills, sing along, laugh a little, and maybe win some bragging rights!

8:30 PM – Freedom Karaoke
Grab the mic and sing your heart out as we celebrate freedom, joy, and community together!
