💫INNER HEALING 💫

🌿 GOD DOESN’T JUST WANT TO HEAL WHAT PEOPLE CAN SEE. HE WANTS TO HEAL WHAT YOU’VE BEEN HIDING.

Sis, you’ve prayed about it. You’ve cried about it. You’ve tried to move on from it. You’ve learned how to smile through the pain, show up for others, and keep going even when your heart was breaking.

But what happens when the pain keeps showing up in your relationships? When rejection makes you question your worth? When abandonment causes you to fear being left? When old wounds affect how you love, how you trust, and how you see yourself?

Sometimes, what we keep struggling with on the surface has roots that need to be addressed deep within.

God is not calling you to live bound by the wounds of your past. He desires for you to walk in the freedom that comes through Christ. Inner healing is an opportunity to bring your hidden hurts, painful memories, unhealthy patterns, and deeply rooted beliefs into the presence of God and allow His truth to transform your heart.

✨ The rejection you experienced does not define you. ✨ The trauma you endured does not determine your identity. ✨ The abandonment you suffered does not mean you are unlovable. ✨ The shame you carry does not cancel God's grace. ✨ The patterns passed down through generations do not have to define your future.

Psalm 147:3 reminds us, “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”

This is about more than looking healed on the outside. It's about allowing God to work in the deep places of your heart, renewing your mind, exposing the lies you've believed, and helping you embrace the truth of who you are in Christ.

Beautiful sweet Annabelle was in a dark place before starting our program. We are thankful to have worked with her, bringing her out of darkness and into light. No teen should feel as tho their life is not worth living. We are thankful that this program is different and set apart to help teenage girls achieve freedom, joy hope and purpose. 🌿 A NEW SEASON. A BIGGER INVITATION. A HEART FOR HEALING. 🌿
We are so excited to share some beautiful news! 💛
Our faith-based recovery center is expanding its reach and opening its doors to ALL women who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional wounds, life transitions, and the struggles that can leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who God created them to be.
While our heart has always been rooted in recovery, we recognize that healing is not limited to one particular struggle.
Our services include:
🐴 Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL): Through the healing connection with horses, women can learn to reduce anxiety and depression, regulate their emotions, rebuild self-confidence, and rediscover their inner strength
🧠 Neuroscience-Informed Mental Health Coaching: Exploring how the brain responds to stress and helping develop healthier thought patterns, emotional regulation skills, and new ways of responding to life's challenges.
🤍 Recovery Coaching: Encouragement, accountability, and practical support for women navigating recovery and working toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
🙏 Faith-Based Inner Healing:Creating space to explore emotional wounds, reconnect with truth, deepen your relationship with God, and move forward with renewed hope.
