Perhaps there's not a lot you can do right now. But there is something.

Though you're unable to take a big step or even a moderate one, take a small step. It gets you moving, and that's a whole lot better than nothing.

Instead of worrying or complaining about what's wrong, make an intentional effort to set it right. No matter how tiny that effort might be, it can change your outlook and set you up with positive momentum.

Envision having the unshakable confidence of knowing you're making a difference. Then act to bring that confidence into being.

In just a few minutes from now, you can be on your way forward. Instead of just wishing you could do it, you'll know.

The path ahead is right in front of you. Take whatever step you can, whatever size it may be, and keep going.

Sometimes it is best to step back and ask: What is my perspective on the facts or emotions involved in this situation? Equally important is: How am I helping or damaging the situation because of that perspective? What would be the best outcome, and am I okay with my choices in behavior because of that perspective?
