Congrats to Mr. French! 🐯

NAFCS is proud to celebrate new leadership at Highland Hills Middle School Jaguars and Mount Tabor Elementary School!

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Ashley Nevin, who has been named principal of Highland Hills Middle School, and Mr. Tim French, who will serve as principal of Mt. Tabor Elementary School.

Mrs. Nevin has dedicated 18 years to NAFCS, beginning her career at Highland Hills as a math teacher before serving as assistant principal. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Mathematics for Secondary Education, a Master’s degree from Indiana University Southeast, and completion of the Principal Licensure Program through Spalding University. She has played a key role in ensuring HHMS continues to grow while preparing students for success in high school and beyond.

Mr. French brings more than 25 years of educational experience and a strong background in leadership, curriculum, and special education. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of teaching, leadership, and administrative roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Special Education from Indiana University Southeast, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University. Known for building meaningful relationships and supporting student growth, he will be an incredible leader for the Mt. Tabor community.

We are excited for the future of both schools and look forward to the positive impact these leaders will continue to make for students, staff, and families across NAFCS!
