Steele, who currently serves as chief executive officer. Steele’s vision to help every woman see that they have a beauty of their own, and every woman is unique in her own way. The ultimate purpose of BWOQ is to provide transitional housing for women and provide mentoring and training. Through workshops, BWOQ will endeavor to follow through with each woman until her established goals have begun an

d are well on the way of continuing. BWOQ offers women the opportunity develop their lives, employment, parenting, and social skills. There are numerous workshops to enable each woman to grow and teach women how to become independent financially so they can live a better life. As mentors, BWOQ will work with each woman to develop a productive and purposeful life plan.
