Centennial JAG classes are in full swing. We spent the first week learning who we are, how our experiences shape us, and what our purpose is. Each student finished the first week by writing their own personal mission statements and a special poem sharing things that make them who they are.

Ripley High School was honored to welcome back Makala Nijak, a 2024 graduate, former JAGTN state officer, and JAGTN alumna, to speak with our Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAGTN) students.

Makala shared her inspiring story, “How JAG Changed My Life,” and encouraged students through her experiences and accomplishments. Her message was truly motivating, and the students were actively engaged, asking many thoughtful questions.

We are proud of Makala and grateful that she returned to inspire the next generation of JAG students!
