Colloquium (summer intensive) is built around something rare in professional development: watching master teachers work with real children, live, and then studying what you saw. Over the course of a week, you observe ETM in practice daily. Then you unpack those observations with other educators.
Between observations, you choose from focused sessions on topics like classroom literacy, music literacy, special needs, and child development. Large-group sessions connect the practice to the latest neuroscience research, so that what you observe in the morning becomes something you understand more deeply by afternoon.
