Neighbor to Neighbor WE ENVISION
A community where every adult thrives and maintains independence.

OUR MISSION
Is to provide access to the community for adults with disabilities, older adults, and veterans through transportation, pantry delivery, and connectedness. Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) inspires in us the desire to help our fellow Neighbor who is homebound due to age, disability, and/or chronic illness in Horry and Georgetown Counties of South Carolina and Brunswick county of North Carolina

In the spirit of unselfish love, N2N uses innovative technology and best practices in connecting adults in need with qualified and trained volunteers who provide services, such as wellness calls to prevent loneliness, food deliveries from local pantries and transportation to medical appointments and other life enhancing destinations, to promote and maintain independent living.

Neighbor to Neighbor Proudly Supports Rural Transit Day 2026!

Join us on October 22, 2026, as we recognize and celebrate the importance of rural transportation and the incredible people who help keep our communities moving!

Rural Transit Day shines a spotlight on the vital role transportation plays in connecting individuals to healthcare, employment, education, grocery stores, and essential services—especially in communities where transportation options are limited.

At Neighbor to Neighbor, we are proud to stand alongside rural transit providers, volunteer drivers, transportation professionals, and community partners who share a commitment to making transportation more accessible for everyone.

Let's celebrate those who go the extra mile to keep rural South Carolina connected!

We encourage our community partners, volunteers, and supporters to help spread the word and recognize the importance of rural transportation.

Together, we can continue building stronger, healthier, and more connected rural communities!

The Santee Wateree Regional Transportation Authority (SWRTA) is pleased to invite you to join us as we celebrate Rural Transit Day 2026, recognizing the essential role public transportation plays in connecting people to employment, healthcare, education, shopping, and quality of life throughout Sout...

Neighbor to Neighbor has busy connecting with people all across the Grand Strand! N2N staff recently attended the Ignite Women's Conference, Let's Go Senior Expo, Prince Creek Senior Health Fair, River Hills HOA Senior Resource fair and the Myrtle Beach Newcomers meeting.

We had hundreds of conversations. We met new business partners, volunteers, clients and people with servant hearts wanting to do everything they can to help make life better for the people in Horry, Georgetown, and Williamsburg counties. You see when we come together to help one another, everything is possible.

Come be a part of what we do! Learn more how you can serve with us. https://n2ncarolinas.org/volunteer -form

Today’s Good Neighbor Challenge costs $0!!

Think of someone you haven’t talked to recently,

Now call them.

Not a like.
Not a comment.
Not an emoji.

It’s Transportation Tuesday! 🚗

What if you couldn’t drive tomorrow?

How would you get to the doctor? Get groceries? Visit a friend? Stay connected to your community?

For many of our neighbors, that isn’t hypothetical.

This September, we’re inviting our entire community to help keep older adults, adults with disabilities and veterans moving, independent and connected.

And we’re starting small.

Give $5. Volunteer. Share this post. Check on a neighbor.

You don’t have to do everything. Just do something.
