This is my granddaughter, Brooklyn, and her boyfriend, Austin. They just welcomed our great grandson, Slayton Cole, (see photo in comments) into the world 6 weeks early. He is doing great but due to his early arrival, he needs help with breathing and a feeding tube. He may be in NICU for a month. Brooklyn and Austin both hold full time jobs but will be missing a lot of work to be with their baby. Prayers and donations to help at this time would be greatly appreciated. A first at the sanctuary! Barn swallows chose our overhang to build their nest of twigs and leaves. Swiftlets use sticky threads from their salivary glands to weave their nests. Many swallows come back to the same nesting site and reuse their old nests so we will be looking forward to seeing them next year tio.

Samas is looking for a family who will allow her to be a part of their household and crash on their couch. (Minimum 3 cushion couch). She was originally obtained to be a Livestock Guarding dog but that's not her cup of tea. She loves people, children of all ages, other dogs and cats. She was recently brought inside to start potty training in preparation for her new life. She is doing very well and learning quickly. She does shed but loves to be brushed. Samas also loves to chew on cardboard. She is 9 months old and currently weighs #66. Samas is up-to-date on vaccinations and dewormings. Spaying would be required when she is approximately 2 years old. She is Great Pyrenese and Anatolian Shepherd. Rehoming fee of $200 to great home.
