At RAISE28, we encourage our students to have joy-filled moments! Well, what brings more joy than a box! We make sure our students have the time and space to be kids, and that includes using their imaginations so that a box becomes something fun!

It's good to have our students back running, playing, laughing, coloring, eating, learning, and having fun! Yesterday Collide took over the gym with fun games, enjoyed chicken tenders, and learned from God's Word!

Want to make a difference in Mount Joy? We have a part-time position opening up for a program assistant. You’ll work with and support RAISE28 leadership with our different programs which includes working with young people grades K to 12.

School busses are out, slow down and watch for kids!

🎒 Donegal School District starts school tomorrow (Monday, August 31), and Mount Joy Minnie has an important reminder: Watch for students!

As you’re sharing the road with school buses, remember these Pennsylvania laws:
🚌 Flashing yellow lights? Slow down and be prepared to stop.

🚌 Flashing red lights and stop arm extended? STOP at least 10 feet from the bus.

🚌 Stay stopped until the red lights stop flashing, the stop arm is withdrawn, and all children have reached a place of safety.

And don't forget to watch for students walking - especially before and after school.

Let’s all do our part to help make the first day — and the entire school year — a safe one! 📚✏️

As kids are heading back to school, we're thrilled that many families dropped by in August for backpacks and school supplies! We are looking forward to what God has planned in the 2026 / 2027 school year for our RAISE28 students and our surrounding community! 🎒🍎✏️

We want to give a BIG welcome to our RAISE28 students and another BIG welcome to all the kids going back to school! Our programs are back in action this week and RAISE28 is a resource to support families and students throughout the school year and summer. So if you haven't already, its never too late to join in the fun with our joyful moments!
