You love this little life you're raising. And some days it's the hardest thing you've ever done.

The broken sleep, the mental load, the meals you forget to eat, the version of yourself you're quietly grieving — it all compounds. And somewhere in the middle of caring for your little one, you lose the bandwidth to care for yourself.

Rest. Eat. Get outside. Ask for help. These things matter — and they're also the hardest to reach for when you're the one holding everything together.
