🔔 REMINDER: Wiles Hill Community Center Closure

A quick reminder that the Wiles Hill Community Center is closed August 31–September 15 for scheduled facility maintenance.

This closure also includes Eureka Café and Wellness Classes during this time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important maintenance and look forward to welcoming everyone back soon!

🍂 And mark your calendars! We’ll kick things back off with our Fall Neighborhood Night on September 15 from 6:00–8:00 PM!

Enjoy complimentary tastings of Eureka Café’s new fall drinks and pastries, live music from Chris Haddox & Friends, and an evening of community, art and fall fun.

Planning a day in the park? Please be aware that the BOPARC mowing crew will be servicing the following areas today, 9-4-26 For safety purposes, always maintain a safe distance from the mowers and other equipment (approximately 50ft). Do not allow children to touch mowing equipment or trailers. We ask that you temporarily move to a different area of the park while crew members service the area that you are utilizing. Patrons do NOT need to leave the park, but we ask that you yield to the mowing crew so that they can complete their daily tasks in a timely, safe manner. Thank you for your assistance and understanding as we work hard to keep your parks well-maintained!

⚽️ PRE-K PLAY AT THE BOPARC SPORTS COMPLEX! 🧸

Looking for a fun way to get your little one moving? Join us for Pre-K Play on the turf!

This two-hour, self-paced open-play session gives children the opportunity to explore, move and play at their own comfort level while developing foundational motor skills and interacting with others.

📅 Fridays through September 11
⏰ 10:00 AM–Noon
💲 $6 per participant
👧 Ages 5 & Under
📍 BOPARC Sports Complex – Turf

Participant Guidelines:
• A supervising adult must remain present at all times.
• Clean athletic shoes or socks are required on the turf.
• Open play is designed specifically for children ages 5 and under.

Come play, explore and burn off some energy on the turf! 💚

White Park – Temporary Parking Area Closure

BOPARC would like to advise White Park visitors of an upcoming temporary closure related to the demolition and removal of the old concessions building near Mustang Field.
The parking lot area near Mustang Field will be closed Monday-Friday, from 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m through September 15th, while the contractor completes demolition and removal work.

Park visitors should plan accordingly, use alternate parking areas, and yield to contractors and construction vehicles operating in this area. Please do not enter or park within designated work zones.
We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as this work is completed and improvements at White Park continue.

🍂 SEPTEMBER TURF OFFERINGS ARE HERE!

There’s still time to get on the turf at the BOPARC Sports Complex! From playtime for the little ones to private rentals and parties, check out what’s happening this September:

⚽ PRE-K PLAY
Bring your little one out for two hours of self-paced movement, exploration and play on the turf! Pre-K Play gives children ages 5 & under a safe indoor space to build motor skills, socialize and play at their own pace.

📅 Fridays through September 11
⏰ 10 AM–Noon
💲 $6 per participant
👧 Ages 5 & Under

🏟️ PRIVATE TURF RENTALS
Available through September 20!

Perfect for team practices, clinics, batting practice, private events & more.

• Full Turf/Cages: $95/hour
• 10+ Prepaid Hours: $75/hour
• 20+ Prepaid Hours: $60/hour
• Cage Only: $20/hour, when no turf rentals are scheduled

🎉 PRIVATE TURF PARTY PACKAGES
Celebrate birthdays, team parties, end-of-season gatherings, team building & more! Weekend, evening and daytime availability continues through September 13.

💲 $125/hour with a 2-hour minimum
🎈 Includes both party rooms with direct turf access
⚾ Full use of the turf field & batting cages
🥳 Additional equipment available by request and availability
