Our little Faith had another follow up with her vet and xray today and unfortunately both sides of her fractured jaw is not healing. We were all hopeful we would see improvement today. Her xrays were sent to a specialist orthopedic surgeon to consult & determine what can be done .
We are fighting every step of the way with and for precious Faith !! We are not giving up !!
On the brighter note she has gained from 11 lbs to 15.2 lbs. She is a funny , sweet, playful baby girl who ADORES her foster mom Ann. Faith is DEFINITELY a lap baby. She sleeps in her bed all night long and is doing wonderful otherwise. She is a smart little girl and is doing great on harness and leash.
Please say prayers that we get some positive and encouraging news from the specialist; and prayers for sweet Faith.
We want to send our love to Dr John Owens and staff at the Animal Hospital of Marion who are walking this journey for Faith with us; and big hugs to Ann for being the best medicine in the world for Faith.
