This Saturday, we're hosting something we believe could change how you show up for the people you love. 💙

Su***de and mental health struggles touch nearly every family, whether it's talked about or not. And so many people tell us the same thing: "I want to help, but I don't know what to say or do."

The Safe Helps Seminar with Dr. Tobe & Amy Witmer will give you practical, biblical tools to recognize the signs, walk alongside someone who's struggling, and support those grieving a loss.

You don't have to be in crisis to come. You just have to love someone.

Throughout the day, you’ll learn practical ways to:
• Recognize warning signs and understand the road that can lead to su***de
• Respond wisely when someone is struggling
• Safely engage someone who may be suicidal
• Support those walking through su***de loss
• Understand complicated grief
• Bring biblical hope into difficult conversations
