We wrapped up our Diabetes 201 class at Tri‑Lakes Cares and loved seeing neighbors engaged in learning more about their health. Small steps can lead to meaningful change—and we’re proud to support that journey. 💙 Special thanks to our volunteer nurses and a pre-med student for sharing practical, hands-on info!

A few years after graduating high school, Tristan was looking for a meaningful way to give back—and found it at Tri-Lakes Cares. He’s inspired by the impact TLC has on our community and values helping others.
One moment that stuck with him? Volunteering alongside a younger student and seeing the importance of encouraging the next generation to serve. 💛

Join Us for the Buy-It-Forward Hygiene & School Supply Drive!
Stop by Dollar Tree in Monument Friday–Sunday, June 12–14, from 10 am–4 PM (or until sell out), and help us stock up on essential items for our neighbors in need.
We’re collecting high-demand hygiene products like dish pods, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap, along with school supplies for our upcoming Back2School event, which helps local children start the year with backpacks and the tools they need to succeed.
Pick up a few extra items while you shop—your generosity makes a meaningful difference and helps keep our community strong!

A heartfelt thank-you to the Tri-Lakes Lions Club and everyone who participated in last weekend’s fishing derby! Thanks to your support, we were able to collect three large bins of food that will go directly to neighbors in our community who need it most.

Young anglers lined the shores of Palmer Lake June 6 as the Tri-Lakes Lions Club hosted its annual Tri-Lakes Kids Fishing Derby, drawing 200 children and their families for a morning of fishing, prizes and community service. Yesterday, we hosted Diabetes 101, where participants learned about healthy eating through a market tour, glucose monitoring, and practical tips for living well. A special shout-out to our two incredible retired nurse volunteers, Deb and Judy, for sharing their knowledge with TLC.

That’s why Tri-Lakes Cares is launching our Summer Snack Pack Program—to make sure kids in our community have access to nutritious snacks all summer long.
