We’re honored to share that Silver Key Senior Services received a generous $20,000 grant from The Primerica Foundation during a recent company meeting in Colorado Springs!

Silver Key was selected in recognition of our work supporting older adults throughout the Pikes Peak region. We are grateful to Primerica for investing in our mission and helping us continue creating connections that bring purpose, joy, independence, and practical support to the journey of aging.

The library is coming to Silver Key!

The Pikes Peak Library District Mobile Library Service Bus will be at Silver Key on Wednesday, August 5, from 1:30–3:30 p.m. Stop by to browse books, check out materials, and connect with library resources right from the bus!

The bus will be parked on the north side of the Silver Key building (Thrift Store Lobby, 1605 N. Murray Blvd.).

Exciting things are happening at Silver Key!

Thanks to Proposition 123 funding, Silver Key Apartments will bring 49 affordable homes with supportive services to older adults in Colorado Springs. This investment is more than housing—it's about helping older adults age with dignity, stability, and independence in the community they call home.

We're grateful to everyone who has helped make this vision possible, and we're excited to continue creating opportunities for affordable aging in the Pikes Peak region.

Every Coloradan deserves a safe, affordable place to call home near jobs, transit, and essential services. More than $25.6 million in Proposition 123 funding will help create over 700 new apartments and townhomes across Colorado, including 49 homes with supportive services for older adults at Silver Key Apartments in Colorado Springs. We’re turning voter-approved funding into real homes and building a more affordable Colorado for all.
