North Star Siberian Husky Rescue (NSSHR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of Siberian Huskies and people through advocacy, education, and support. Volunteers facilitate the rescue and adoption of stray, abandoned, neglected, abused, and surrendered Siberian Huskies and to place them into lifelong, committed, loving homes. NSSHR does not have a p

hysical shelter location. The state licensed organization’s home office is in Monument, CO and operates with volunteers , mostly in Denver, CO, who provide shelter in a family home atmosphere where the dogs can recuperate from injury, disease, or stress so that they can become healthy and adoptable.
