Thursday’s meeting with our featured speaker, Greg von Williams, was an inspiring and energizing evening from start to finish. His topic, “From Limiting to Liberating: Rewriting the Story You Tell Yourself,” inspired everyone in the room. He spoke about how easy it is to get stuck in limiting “I can’t” beliefs and how those quiet thoughts shape what we believe about ourselves and what we attempt in life.

Through true stories from his own journey and personal experience overcoming a physical handicap and the beliefs that came with it, Greg showed how powerful it is to recognize those internal and physical barriers and choose something more liberating. He shared that these limiting beliefs do not define a person’s potential, and that we can choose to transform those thoughts into something more positive and empowering.

What made the evening especially fun was how interactive and real it felt, with reflection, laughter, and relatable moments throughout.

What a fun and meaningful evening this past weekend! The Tri-Lakes Dynamic Rotary Club recently partnered with Trinity Community Park to host a Bunco and Silent Auction event. It was a fantastic way to come together for fellowship, friendly games, and community support—all while raising funds for a space that brings so much joy to our town.

As Tamara Schwarz of Trinity Community Park said, "It was a true example of small town America working together as community."
