With summer now in full swing, this flyer from Hunger Free Vermont offers a reminder of the array of food resources available in Vermont this season—from those available to all, to those available for 3SquaresVT households, kids, caregivers, older adults, and people living with disabilities. You can also find it here: hungerfreevt.org/getfoodhelp 🛒🍉☀️

💁🍽️ Local food shelves and meal sites that partner with Vermont Foodbank provide free food, and many are open to everyone. With a holiday weekend coming, we recommend checking in about any changes to hours before visiting.

📦 We've settled into our new home!

The Montpelier Food Pantry is now located at 79 Barre Street in Montpelier.

Whether you're a longtime supporter, volunteer, donor, or neighbor, we'd love for you to stop by and check out the new space. We're also planning an Open House in September, so stay tuned!

As more people in our community face rising food and living costs, the need for food assistance continues to grow. Your support helps us keep healthy food accessible and available for everyone who needs it.

If you'd like to help, please consider making a donation today.

Together, we're making sure our neighbors have access to healthy food every day.❤️

A huge thank you to our incredible letter carriers, volunteers, and everyone in the community who donated to the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive last weekend! Because of your generosity, the Montpelier Food Pantry brought in nearly 2,000 pounds of food to help support our neighbors. We are deeply grateful for the care and compassion this community continues to show.

As we continue working to strengthen access to food security, we also want to gently remind everyone that our donation match drive is still underway. We’re about 60% of the way toward our $10,000 goal, and every contribution made now will be doubled thanks to our generous matching donor.

Thank you for helping us build a stronger, more nourished community together. 💚
